Accessibility
ROXI Residence Brussels has wheelchair-accessible rooms available. Please reach out to our front desk staff for more information or bookings.
Airconditioning
All rooms are equipped with a modern air-conditioning system to ensure a comfortable and fresh stay. Need help with the aircon system? Please reach out to our front desk staff.
Airport shuttle
Book your airport shuttle or private taxi service to the airport directly at the front desk. Reach out to our staff between 9 am and 16 pm and inform them about your flight itinerary. We’ll make sure you get there in time.
Baby bed
Children under the age of 2 stay free of charge. An additional baby bed is available for you, but this option only applies on our double rooms and is limited to one per room. Reach out to our front desk staff for more information.
Bar
You can enjoy a delicious healthy brunch or dinner at Myro. Don’t have time or would you rather eat in your room in front of a movie? For that occasion we have Ancho, a delicious Mexican take-away with a varied menu and an explosion of flavors.
Business Centre
Need to print your boarding pass, museum ticket or return label? Let’s first see if we can help you put that information on your smartphone. We do really care about those trees, you know. Of course, if a paper version is essential, we’d be happy to print your documents for you.
Car parking

To access the car park, download the B-Park application on iOS or Android.
Check In
From 14:00 till 22:00. Early check-in is available for an extra cost. Please contact us to arrange it for you beforehand.
In case the reception is not manned on your arrival, a self-check-in procedure will be sent to your email address. We also have a number indicated for all emergency cases which is reachable 7j/ 7 – 24h /24.
Check out
Until 12AM.
Late check-out is an option. Reach out to our front desk staff if you’d like to know more.
Looking for a trendy place in Brussels or one of the neighbouring cities? A romantic restaurant or cosy coffee place? Or perhaps a ticket for the most recent exhibition in Brussels? The reception team will be happy to give you a few tips. Good to know: a great team sometimes needs some rest. They are available from Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm.

We accept following credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club.
Do not disturb sign
Napping? Meditating? We don’t really need to know what you’re doing, but if you need us to leave you be, just hang out your do not disturb sign. If you would still like your room cleaned after your power nap, please inform us as soon as possible. Housekeeping services are available between 09AM and 3PM.
Extra bed
An extra bed is an option, but only in our double rooms. Reach out to our front desk staff for more information and availability. It’s limited to one per room and it will be charged per night. Supplements will automatically be calculated in the total costs and have to be paid upon reservation.
Fitness
Our fully equipped fitness is located on the ground floor. It’s open 24/7. So, no excuses. Care to stay fit, but don’t like to hit the gym? Go for a run in the park of the UCL or head over to the nearby Sport Centre Mounier. They have a large variety of group sessions, tennis courts, climbing walls, …
Grocery store
There’s a Louis Delhaize grocery store located on the ground floor. Food ready to eat, food you can still work your magic on, beverages, beauty items, magazines, …
Hair dryer
Available in the room.
Housekeeping
Our housekeeping team will drop by on daily base to make sure your room and the communal areas are spic and span. They’re available from 09AM till 03PM. Reach out to our front desk staff for special requests.
Personal kitchen
All our rooms include a personal kitchen equipped with plates, cutlery and cooking devices. Need any help in using the devices, we’ll be glad to help.
Internet & Wi-Fi
The Wi-Fi networking is free of charge and easily accessible. Every guest has it’s own login details, which you can find in the room. For more information, please contact the front desk.
Iron + Ironing board
Our housekeeping department can place an iron and ironing board in your room upon request and free of charge.
Laundry and dry-cleaning service
In the building we also have a laundry room where you can operate the washing machines yourself with an application. The explanation of this can be found in the room itself. Don’t hesitate to ask for assistance at the front desk if needed.
Luggage storage
Got some time left before heading back home? Use the lockers located at the front desk to store your luggage. We’ll take good care of them.
Lost & found
Umbrellas and adaptors! If you ask us what our customers tend to forget in their room, that would be the answer. Lost of forgot something? Give us a call or send us an e-mail. We’ll let you know if it’s part of lost & found collection.
Pharmacy or doctor
Our front desk staff can direct you the nearest pharmacy. Most of them are open from 08:30AM until 07PM. Past that time, we can also indicate you where the nearest doctor is. Worst case scenario the hospital is across the street.
Minibar
All rooms include a small fridge in the kitchen. Not stacked though, that’s up to you.
Public transport
Care to take the bus to the airport, the heart of Brussels or the local railway station? You’ve got options. Pick up a map of public transportation at the front desk to see what works best for you.
Restaurants
Brussels offers a wide range of possibilities when it comes to breakfast, lunch or dining. Whatever you’re craving, you’ll find it in the capital. We would however recommend you to taste the Belgian specialties with a locally brewed beer to go along with it. Let us know what you’re in the mood for and we’ll direct you to the place to be.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly forbidden in rooms and communal areas of the hotel. A designated smoking area is available outside.
